Items that are customized, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.

Ship the return package using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Please note: we do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
