Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) will be processed the following business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Time & Methods
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime on our website via the “Track Your Order” page.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@artiflower.store.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- International shipping is not yet available, but we’re working on expanding soon!
Lost or Damaged Packages
Artificial Flora is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or arrange a replacement when applicable.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We cannot guarantee redirection once an order has been shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
