Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased directly from artiflower.store.
• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is submitted within 40 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Items that are customized, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at support@artiflower.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.
4. Ship the return package using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

• Please note: we do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Please note: original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchange Policy

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
