Items that are customized, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the return package using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • Please note: we do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
