- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is submitted within 40 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Items that are customized, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@artiflower.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.
- Ship the return package using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Please note: we do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
